Responsibilities

  • Prepare, present, and execute integrated marketing strategies/campaigns aligned with client goals and objectives across a wide range of industries and audiences (B2C, B2B, etc.)
  • Create thoughtful, insight-driven recommendations for clients investing anywhere from several thousand to several million dollars per month in ad spend
  • Lead ongoing management and optimization for client campaigns with a focus on performance against goals, testing new strategies and tactics and budget management. Troubleshoot issues related to performance, ad delivery and other related areas
  • Formulate strong, trusted advisor client relationships through regular communication, training, presentation of strategic deliverables and review/discussion of performance reports
  • Able to think strategically, but also willing to do the tactical work that is needed to win
  • Mentor direct reports to ensure all strategy, tactics and processes are implemented and continuously improved
  • Build processes and execute with consistent excellence in Paid Media platforms (e.g., Google Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, etc.), guided by current best practices
  • Effective project management (timeline management, deliverable oversight, etc.) with the ability to successfully partner with Conversion optimization Analytics and Client experience teams as well as external agency partners
  • Partner closely with analytics teams to ensure all campaigns are implemented with appropriate tracking to measure campaign performance
  • Oversee and manage all business aspects of Media process including insertion orders, purchase orders, actualization, billing, staffing, etc. with relevant Finance and business partners
  • Test, evaluate, and formalize processes and improvements
  • Play an integral role in hiring and managing the best and brightest talent for our marketing services team


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration or communications
  • 6-8 years of hands-on media and management experience
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Heavy digital media experience (including but not limited to site direct, programmatic, DSP/DMPs, CTV/OTT, Mobile, Social, SEM, etc.) with a working knowledge of traditional media ( broadcast/cable, OOH, etc.)
  • Paid Media subject expert with a passion for, and proactive interest in mastering and/or understanding and communicating the ever-changing media landscape
  • Extensive knowledge on how different media is planned, placed and performs independently and together
  • Strong analytics and reporting skills
  • Ability to wear both strategic and tactical hats
  • Effective leadership of strategic planning and all aspects of plan execution
  • Polished presentation skills
  • Resourceful use of nonstandard methods of media research, planning and execution
  • Interest in using media in non-traditional, breakthrough ways
  • Excellent problem solver
  • Ability to communicate in written and verbal form and in a clear and concise manner both internally and with clients; must be articulate, confident, passionate, and succinct
  • Fluency in relevant media platform tools including Google Campaign Manager, Google Tag Manager, Attribution platforms,
