We are searching for a seasoned digital Program Manager to join our growing Client Experience team. The Program Manager will be responsible for comprehensive support and coordination of communication, activities and deliverables associated with a client’s multi-channel digital marketing program. This role, in particular, will support a large, enterprise-level client with a specific focus on Search Engine Optimization.



RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage project plans and be able to prioritize tasks and communicate this prioritization effectively to the internal team. 
  • Work in close collaboration with the assigned Account Director on this enterprise-level client
  • Load project plan, task details and assigned resources into a staffing tool to manage accordingly
  • Monitor all tasks in Trello and/or other task management tools to ensure work is being completed as scheduled. 
  • Proactive engagement of the team on a daily basis to support on-going deliverables
  • Facilitation of resource management, including ensuring appropriate hours allocation and tracking of forecasted hours and actuals
  • Proactively elevate critical issues related to scope or delivery
  • Document changes against scope that might impact the project delivery against agreed upon statement of work
  • Ongoing communication of project status with client, via status report and weekly client status meeting in order to manage expectations and drive project forward.
  • Schedule meetings, facilitate client reviews and approvals, and share deliverables with the client.  
  • Support the Account Director with accurate, timely, detail-oriented status pertaining to project management including financials, risk management/concerns and accurate reporting of project(s) health being managed in order to ensure client satisfaction
  • Have a keen understanding of the client's business and the impact of the digital marketing program against client marketing goals 
  • This position can be based in our Columbus, Ohio office (currently working 2 days in-office) or fully remote outside of Columbus. 


 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
  • 5+ years of digital agency experience in project management
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO and performance marketing
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong interpersonal skills to successfully work with a range of colleagues and clients
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Excellent oral and non-verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present ideas, negotiate and problem solve
  • Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner
  • An obsessive attention to detail
