We are looking for an outgoing and personable Account Supervisor who is energized by connecting with others and is able to build trust with clients due to an authentic and vested interest in their success. Our ideal Account Supervisor is a driven yet humble professional who is eager to learn and has a sense of urgency to deliver for our clients. Using discernment when making decisions, this autonomous yet collaborative leader is able to be organized and detail-oriented while still being able to see the big picture in order to oversee workflow and strategy alignment for our clients. The person we are looking for is the perfect balance between a creative thinker and analytical project manager.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Relationship Development: own, build and manage the client relationship
  • Communication: craft a clear story, highly responsive 
  • Strategy: understand the client’s business and own if the solutions presented by the team do or do not solve the client’s needs 
  • Project Management: deliver on our commitments on time and on budget 
  • Client Retention: ensure satisfaction 
  • Client Expansion: sell more work that makes sense for the client’s business 

  

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Required

  • 6-8 years’ experience as Marketing Manager or agency experience
  • 6-8 years’ marketing experience
  • Digital marketing experience 
  • Proven experience in client retention
  • Strong writing and verbal skills 

 

Preferred

  • 5 years’ agency experience 
  • 5 years’ account management experience
  • Min of 7 years’ in a professional office setting 
  • Experience managing projects 
  • Client-side marketing experience 
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts (5+) 
  • Experience growing an account 
  • Experience working with mid-size to large clients ($50-$100M in revenue) 
  • Project management software experience (Asana, Trello, Mavenlink) 
  • 4-year degree in Business or Marketing  

 

Desired   

  • Experience with a rapidly growing company

  • Experience managing projects related to e-commerce  
  • Keynote experience 
  • HubSpot experience 
  • Google Analytics experience
